The higher ups are nice people (especially Tony, the owner) and run the company well. It is very organized and pretty easy to get a hold of someone when needed. If they would have offered better pay and better trucks, I would have stayed. Not a fan of the natural gas trucks unfortunately.
Cons
The pay per hour is okay, but other companies are offering more to do the same job. That's because other companies own their own trucks. Pony uses Amazon's CNG trucks, which like I said I am not a fan of nor are other drivers I have talked to. Amazon's rates for trips are lower if you use their trucks, therefore less money outside contractors have to offer their drivers, if I'm not mistaken.
