Salary is ok not at par with the industry. Nothing else is worth working here.

Alternate Saturdays working. No canteen or pantry facilities, you have to sit on place and have food, snacks , tea/coffee. Have lunch between 1-1.30 and be seated only and start working also sometimes work while eating. No tea/coffee vending machine. Only twice a day tea is served on seat. Washrooms doesn't have tissues nor tissue role inside. Unhygienic and dirty and smelly as hell. Water cooler cum filter in the most unhygienic and unclean and dirtiest condition it is besides washroom with all hair lying here and there. HR is complete waste here. Appointment letters are not given even after 1 month from joining. No induction on insurance , medical benefits, etc. Only 21 leaves in a year that too sandwich holiday system even if it's non working Saturday. Whereas as per industry standards min. 30-42 leaves are given in a year without Sandwich system. PF contribution from employer is capped at Rs. 15000 only and not 12% of basic as per rules. People working doesn't have work ethics, ways of speaking. All bosses have their personal tea/coffee maker, biserli water bottles that is the reason they are not bothered on anything. It's like jail wherein only between 1-1.30 you can go out or else enter in register and punch out for the reason. Infrastructure and workplace is pathetic. Old system with paint and dirt without cleaning is given to new joiners. Desk is always dirty and unhygienic.
