Technology is good but needs to be streamlined. Consumables made by hand and inconsistent across the board. 10 years ago, the competition feared this small startup. Now, just a joke in the industry.

Extremely unqualified leadership. The CEO spends more time on her boat than giving a direction to the company. The CFO has zero experience in the industry and therefore makes decisions based off not having an iota of experience in the biotech/pharma market.
