Friendly and professional company. Very engaging group. You wear many hats, but it is so rewarding.

Depend on Government contracts and it slows the progress.

Technology is good but needs to be streamlined. Consumables made by hand and inconsistent across the board. 10 years ago, the competition feared this small startup. Now, just a joke in the industry.

Extremely unqualified leadership. The CEO spends more time on her boat than giving a direction to the company. The CFO has zero experience in the industry and therefore makes decisions based off not having an iota of experience in the biotech/pharma market.
