Pros
As someone who has so often worked at dysfunctional companies, it has been a surreal experience working at Pointman, where the talk matches the walk. Every day, I find myself working in a supportive and team-driven environment, where everyone is pulling together in the same direction - regardless of which way the wind is blowing. The work is challenging, while the workload is reasonable. The work-life balance is exceptional. Everyone on staff is exceptional at and invested in what they do. The camaraderie is real. The atmosphere is not at all political. If you behave like a responsible adult, you will be treated as such. And you can be yourself. It's not just that I haven't dreaded going to work a single day - I look FORWARD to it. (Like I said, surreal.)
Cons
The agent of change is a constant here, but to their credit, so far every change I've experienced has been positive, well-planned, and superbly executed. So if change makes you nervous, it may not appeal to you.
