Everything. Owner must be bypolar and snaps at everyone. Makes you feel horrible for making a small mistake. And changes the job instructions without telling you and then yells at you for not reading his mind. Very harsh enviroment. Owners think they know everything. Biggest mistake ive ever made working there. Defently destroyed my mental health.
