It works very well with my schedule as a full time student I work as a marketing representative. It helps build public speaking and speech skills. The management is very sweet and respectful of your time, definitely the nicest I've ever been with.
Cons
Not many, you might feel pressured to do more and more if you are not doing a good job, but the management personally is there to help if you need anything like support.
