Pros
Many people here feel that the company fully supports their life goals. Management goes the extra mile to make sure we are where we want to be in our careers. Temps get hired full time instead of waiting out the contract. Plus One offered to pay for my grad school and has been immensely flexible in working around my class schedule. They care about our future as employees.
Cons
The production team has been under reform to be able to scale our application as more orders come in. Once that gets solve, we will be doing wonderfully.
