Pros
Some of the benefits are ok, if standard for the industry and location.
Cons
Stay away! Went through a couple round of redundancies because they weren't able to sell their service to enough clients to convince VC firms to keep funding them. Placed a lot of pressure on the few areas of the company that are profitable to compensate. Drove a lot of good talent out because of it. For the people that have stayed, a couple have been promoted to management roles to fill the vacuum, roles they're poorly chosen for as they're ill-equipped to handle its demands. Company tracks hours down to the minute and overall doesn't provide a welcoming or collaborative atmosphere to work within. They'll tell you that asking questions is welcomed, but this is held against you should you choose to do so. Very little in the way of support. Requests for assistance were ignored. HR's been reduced to apparently one person who's seemingly been grown out of a lab for the role. On that note about management, at least they're actually fit for the role. Never known anyone so vacuous and insincere in my life. For my fellow engineers please, for your own sakes please look elsewhere.
