Pros
Good pay for the area. Willing to pay overtime.
Cons
Extremely bad and dangerous equipment. Needs to have it ALL replaced. Worthless crap that doesn't work as designed and has no replacement or service parts. Bought used and is literally held together with rubber bands and tie wraps. Spending more money on keeping the worthless crap working then investing in safe quality and new equipment.
