The projects are interesting, and often favor using new technologies and open source technologies. The company has a disciplined focus in selecting it's clients, tending to favor law enforcement, health care and intelligence agencies.

The work is very demanding and while management says all of the right things, the reality is that their actions don't often match their words. At times, they are willing to decieve employees in order to meet staffing or compensation goals. Large bonus payments are often implied, but are often much lower than anticipated.
