Great mission and people, but disorganized leadership - Anonymous employee Planned Parenthood Employee Review

Terrible work-life balance, especially on the c4 side. Increasing overemphasis on the advocacy work, and decreased focus on the health delivery work. The leadership is disorganized, and spends a lot of time spinning its wheels and trying new initiatives that don't pan out. Incredibly high turnover, especially among younger employees.
