      Wonderful benefits. Inclusion in progressive social movement. Amazing emploees. Cecile is fabulous but becoming more separated from the staff.

      Cons

      Becoming a hierarchy and more corporate. Lots of cliques. Bullying is becoming prevalent. Lots of internal competition for recognition.
