Pros
- enjoyed my coworkers most of the time - clinicians were thoughtful, patient and insightful - We have a union so most issues didn’t go completely unchecked
Cons
- had two rounds of layoffs in one year that could have been prevented if upper management took a pay cut - overworking and high expectations with surface level praise and no financial incentive - acted incredibly unprofessional to undermine the union
