      Nothing is good over there

      Cons

      1. Working after office hours 2. No proper increment 3. Seniors behave like they are the boss of the company 4. They make a fool of the client 5. They interfare into employees personal life 6. No Management 7. No Proper HR Policies 8. Seniors behave like a CCTV 9. 3 Months notice period

      They feed 5 rs biscuits like dogs

      caste hate is common, if someone is late they bench for 2 months without salary, funds are low and keep all employee at 10k , ceo & wife use bad language, DO NOT JOIN

      Good for Freshers. Should join to learn in industry

      Cons

      Not suitable for experienced professionals as there’s little to no opportunity for learning or growth. The salary is also on the lower side. Additionally, if the company struggles to secure projects, they may place the blame on employees, claiming they aren't providing sufficient "ROI". Shockingly, even software developers may be held accountable for not bringing in business, which should be the least of their responsibilities.
