      Pros

      Lunch one day a week? They pay good for a call center. They have a ping pong table. Free (albeit limited) parking. Holiday party every year. A happy hour every 5ish months. There are some genuinely good people working there and some true friendships are common.

      Cons

      The technology is straight out of the 90s and crashes every.single.day. The management is non-existent. The leadership clearly doesn't care about the rest of the emoloyees. Never put in extra time - they won't care or appreciate it. They also fire anyone that they don't like instead of coaching them to be great.

      Pros

      Flexible schedule, no editing, clear job expectations.

      Cons

      Inconsistent work yet they expect you to maintain availability for them to schedule you causing constant gaps in your own schedule. Will schedule you for some jobs that are an hour away but the jobs only pay $20 for the job making it a 10/hour job + doesn't cover fuel/mileage.
