Pros
Some people there are decent.
Cons
Horrible morale. The company owner is out of touch and has a superiority complex. He hides in his oversized, ridiculously embellished office while his sycophant minions do his dirty work. The chief investment officer has no spine and is a lying two faced snake in the grass. The EVP of Development is a chauvinist pig who's been leeching off the company for most of his career. The "philanthropy" is a joke and is just a burden on employees to bring in money for the United Way while still trying to do a full time job with little staff and few resources. Their buildings are poorly built, but that's for the next owner to worry about after they lease the building up and sell it. The people who actually work get treated like dirt, while the dead weight seems to skirt by year after year. This is a terrible place to work.
