A Leader Who Values Employees
During my time one of the standout positives was the leadership of the Director and Founder, [Santhosh Kumar]. He consistently demonstrated a deep understanding of the value each employee brings to the organization. PixelExpert is fortunate to have a leader who truly understands that the strength of an organization lies in its people.
Cons
Behavior:
The CEO, (Kannan), often engaged in behavior that blurred the lines of professionalism. Instead of focusing on strategic leadership and fostering a positive work environment, there were instances of unnecessary involvement in employees’ personal matters. Additionally, his approach to conflicts often felt manipulative, triggering employees subtly and then portraying himself as a victim to others. This behavior created a lack of trust and an uncomfortable workplace dynamic.
2. HR Practices:
The HR representative, (Kalaichelvi), also contributed to this unprofessional culture by focusing on employees’ personal issues rather than addressing workplace concerns. Despite her role as a mediator and support system for employees, her advice and actions often seemed misinformed and unhelpful, further compounding workplace frustrations.
