Pros
1. You get to learn a lot, there are regular training sessions. 2. Unlike other companies the focus is on really providing correct solutions to client problems. 3. I was a fresher and did not know anything about application development and I had a great learning experience in this company I am what I am today just because of Pixel. 4. My seniors are available to provide me assistance whenever needed. 5. The training sessions are very interactive specially the ones given by the CEO. He is the most friendly and polite person and is the strength of the company.
Cons
I am working with Pixel and feel we still need to improve on the internal process and make them more clear and streamlined.
