Pros
At one time it was a technology and innovation leader. Work was interesting and challenging. The company was very good about recognizing individuals for their contributions.
Cons
The last 5 years or so only a half heated attempt was made to compete with digital mail and billing resulting in a dramatic decline in business, The end result was a severe cut back in IR&D funding and massive ongoing layoffs.
