Pros

One of the best sales training programs within the industry. Very knowlegable senior technical team. Diverse b2b product/solutions line. Good organizational tools and infastructure.

Cons

Main line of business in mailing machine equipment; meters, folders, inserters is in a rapidly steady decline. Company is having identity issues in the new emerging economy. A track record has not been established with new produclt lines like; imaging and workflow (document management) etc. Business owners are finding it hard to put their faith in a mailing company for more advanced turnkey solutions in regard to sophisticated software integration and technology.
