If you want to be ratted out by your supervisors or want to listen to long-winding rants by the CEO about how inefficient you are, then this is the perfect place to be. Additional skill sets should include being overtly nice and listening to them, and doing exactly what they want if you want to stay in this place. Let me not even get to the non-existent HR policies they hold against you for the weirdest reasons.
