      The president of the company is understanding and supportive. It is always easy to reach and discuss any concerns.

      Cons

      The business is complex and requires knowledge on the industry. However, the company always provides enough tools and support to every individual to make sure all employees succeed in their roles.

      Pros

      My experience with Pinnacle has been great! I enjoy the work environment, the team, and how I'm challenged to learn new things every day. Assisting clients with technology needs has been a passion of mine and Kevin knows exactly how to bring out that passion. If you are looking for a job that appreciates your value, then Pinnacle is the place for you.

      Cons

      Jobs usually come with their downsides, but I haven't found one with Pinnacle yet. A few processes are still being established, but for a growing company that's normal.

      Disrespectful to employees Low pay, Very hard work Make you work a lot of overtime and not pay you
