Nothing to say anything very worst

no improvement growth, 24*7 owner wants to work people. But salary less. Very toxic head very head weight, and poor attitude. He doesn't know about how to treat employees.

Such a worst company. Employee should not start from office even after office hours. Employee should forget whole family, personal life etc. Also they will provide 12days leave every year but if we use it then employee should compensate that leave by working in weekend. Then what is the use of providing leave??!! If employee takes 2hrs permission also, he /she should compensate it after working hours.

Everything is cons only. Nothing positive
