Pros
Nice campus. Solid student population with few outliers. Decent professional development in place. Good pay for industry (which is criminally underpaid/ over worked).
Cons
Immature admin with a true issue regarding staff retention as a result. Development aside, you will be super involved in navigating baseless rumors started by children. I was let go at years end with no in person notice (I looked on ADP and my status was "terminated."
