1. HR people are absolutely horrific and have no professionalism at all, they try to dominate subordinates and lick boots to higher management. You will be struggling with simplest of requests so she can feed up on her ego. 2. Your voices will always be unheard to management as new ideas are not appreciated for being it a complex and health care domain, so if you like to work like donkey this company is for you 3. Local middle management like to play politics and their only role is too arrange fun and lunch activities when foreign colleagues arrived, they are inaccessible to others. 4. They can fire anyone at anytime without any reason. 5. Bad infrastructure, washrooms doesn’t even have a jet spray, no parking space and old rotten rooms as office building
