Pros
The hours are great & the staff is fun and friendly. Everyone seems to understand that we're not curing cancer, we're just making television.
Cons
The pay and the disconnection between the different departments. One day, this is how we are told to do things and then a month later, it's a whole different story. There is no team between production and post production. There's a lot of the blame game that goes back and forth unfortunately.
