Pros
Overall pretty good experience. Most managers listened to employee's schedule preferences, money was decent as long as you were willing to work the hours and deal with large conventions.
Cons
Very frequent manager turnover. Owner's often unaware of inner workings of restaurant. Very large peaks and valleys in how busy it was.
