Pros
The pros for this company is Since they are a private clinic so they are very líneant when it comes to taking a day off or arriving late or You have an emergency or anything important to do staff jere are very friendly and you do learn ALOT here so I do recommend if your in the medical field
Cons
The cons of this company is that you have to stay all the time after your working hours .. if they ask you to stay and you can’t for whatever the case may be they will get very upset . (Unfortunately I expirenced it ) also they tell you at the beginning of your interview that they will give you a raise and they NEVER do it I was they for over a year and they promised me so many times a raise and never got it (mind you I was actually being very annoying about it “ and even then they did not give it to me whatsoever they kept telling me excuses after excuses Also it gets very hectic and very busy to the point where they always ask to fit your break to 15 min!
