      - Very nice people and teams. Very welcoming to others and thoughtful when it comes to personal lives, - Some people have worked there for many years, even their whole careers.

      Cons

      - Due to the 'friendly' nature at this company it is easier for gossip and relationships to overrule logic at times, when it comes to employee related decisions. This affects professionalism at times. - There is no actual training process for new hires, at least that I've seen, in the non-technical departments.
