Lack talk about innovation and entrerpreneurship of the good old day, instead shift focus in talking about changing incentives to reduce expenses Advice to Senior Management – Business strategy that based on interest movement is too restrictive & market drive, the company should re-establish a business strategy that we have more control to create a stronger foundation. Despite of decent business results, Schwab price in the market place showed mediocre performance, it's obvious that analysts and public is not buying into the business strategy, change is imminent; don't be blindsided!
