      Low pay, toxic work culture, no growth within company or employees, low appreciation for employees, leadership, high expectations with limited support and resources, none to low diversity

      Some decent people working here.

      Cons

      Less than 1% raises. No bonuses Raises are only given to upper management when they change titles. They are happy to let you leave instead of paying more. They waste thousands of dollars on pointless projects to impress the CEO.
