Great construction company to work for

The pros are very few. Use to be a great company to work for, busy as of late this company has tried to grow bigger than it should and it is starting to show.

The communication between management, craft workers, corporate office and to our clients has been and probably always be horrible. There has been a history of folks being thrown under the bus and a lot of pointing fingers when things adversely affects the project and the companies bottom line. Seems like every position both in the field and at corporate could use an additional helper to help handle the workload. Lots of grumbling amongst permanent staff and think the company will have some issues with losing key players. I have heard a lot of racist things regarding hiring Indians and them being lazy as well as sexual harrassment of some females brought into the company. I have only stay here because I got thrown in the desert for over 6 months after being told 3 weeks which is pretty common practice. The folks that want to leave can't as they are in the same situation and are in the middle of nowhere with no ability to interview with new companies
