Pros

If you want to make your boss rich then this is for you.

Cons

If you want to waste your time then this is perfect. If you want to be lied to this is perfects. No time for personal life. Schedules never consistent. If you have a family this is a no go. These are just some of the problems. If you still choose to come good luck.

Hello - we appreciate constructive criticism however this review is not truthful. We thrive on creating a great company culture here - most of our team members have families here including management; we also have very flexible schedules to work around the lifestyles of our team members. We typically offer 40-42 hour work weeks with over time available for our hourly employees. With that being said, our compensation package is dependent on the skill sets and experience individuals bring to the table and continues to grow as each person grows within the company. With that being said, as part of our company policy we sit down with every team member on a weekly basis to go over the positives and negatives of the week prior within their position, our managmeent staff asks about any personal growth, anything that the team member would like to ask any questions to our owner, and how they feel about their growth and responsibilities. If there were any inconsistencies with pay/hours their would have been ample opportunities to inquire at these times. We never received any complaints or concerns through our HR office. Please feel free to reach me directly at hr@phoenixbrandmanagementgroup.com if you think their have been any errors. In the end everyone has their own opinion on what work ethic is needed to be succesfull - and here we beleive in a very strong one - best of luck moving forward and we are thank you for your time with us!

Pros

Love my job, they teach you how to be a leader and the basics of being a brand ambassador in the retail store. You learn how to pitch, sell, and represent products and services. Hours are good (I work around 40-47 hrs/week) and I work one day on the weekend (I prefer having one day during the weekday off and it's busy during weekends so I like that, too). They had team nights and it's a fun environment especially for young people.

Cons

None that I can think of.

Pros

What a great experience from start to finish! Training is really important to me and that's what really attracted me to Phoenix in the first place-- I learned so much in their management training program! It was very thorough and I was impressed with how organized everything is. The people there are amazing, so friendly and supportive, I know that we all are there for each other. It was really nice to feel appreciated and the team atmosphere is one that I will miss!

Cons

It's definitely not a job for everyone. If you're someone who is looking for a 9-5 weekday job to punch in and punch out with doing just enough to get by, this is not the career for you. Then again, anything worthwhile, is going to be challenging. I was sad to leave and want to note the only reason I did was because I relocated to the west coast.
