Pros

Great place to gain experience and start in the industry. Maternity leave benefits are great 9/80’s are optional and 19/30’s ( work 8.5 days to get free day a month) Gym and cafeteria onsite

Cons

There is more emphasis on promoting very young inexperienced employees and the seasoned are somewhat in limbo or plateau. Flexibility is min here- remote is somewhat frowned and sometimes you may not get to take them if work calls. Lack of career development and as an employee you have to advocate and request next career move which can fall on deaf ears. Upper mgmt at times ask you to make decisions only to backtrack and override your decisions. Challenging the status quo is not always welcome Diversity and Inclusion is a checkbox here it is not put in practice very often and when ERG’s try to its always to not ruffle feathers. The culture has shifted a lot downward so longevity is no longer an option if you want growth Pay is okay but dont expect promotions or raises too often, its like pulling teeth unless you decide to leave they will offer
