Pros
Easy going atmosphere, much like a small town or a family where everyone truly cares about you, constant office pot luck lunches or chili contests etc that create a community, you get to bring your dog into work, it's a non profit so if you're ambitious there's a lot to do and a lot of room for growth within the company - they're big on hiring from within and if people like you they'll help you get to where you want to be.
Cons
It's a non profit so everyone feels under paid and over worked at times, overall big lack of communication that starts at the top and trickles down into each department - a lot of people doing their job individually not caring how they impact everyone else. No repercussions for when someone misses deadlines or royally messes up, lack of accountability is insane. Depending on which side you work on the work enviornment is less than spectacular (to be changing soon... maybe?).
