      Pros

      The people, the products and the culture. I have worked for Pharmavite for over 20 years and have had a variety of positions during my employment. The people who work here are smart and friendly. The company changes with the times and it is really great to be able to work a hybrid model (ie from home and in office) and I have found management to be flexible and supportive.

      Cons

      Promotions may be limited but if you work hard it can happen.

      Pharmavite is the best company I have worked for. The culture is positive, supportive, and empowering. As an HRBP, I am trusted to make decisions based on business needs and am viewed as a strategic partner. I appreciate the autonomy, career development opportunities, and strong support from leadership. As a woman, I value the visible representation of women in senior leadership roles and the opportunities available for advancement. Employee morale is excellent, and Pharmavite truly creates an environment where people can grow, succeed, and enjoy coming to work every day.

      Pros

      Great leadership, great products, great people to work with. I was with the company for 15 years, total professionals at what they do. One of the best corporate leadership teams I have worked with. Lots of growth and opportunities for advancement. Always felt the company really cared for its employees and its community.
