They don't follow through and give you what the actual pay should be and still have yet to give me a full bonus. Other territories don't meet their goals so EVERYONE is punished. HR sends out a letter outlining the new pay increase structure and then you are told later that it doesn't apply to you. THEN on top of all of that, they ask you to be a team player and help with special projects and tell you that you will get a bonus for it. Then when it's done, tell you that the bonus is not meant for you. Oh, and if you really love that, you may have heard that when we went public, Mr. Jon put out an announcement that he would devote $200 million back to the employees. What he failed to make public is that it is in the form of restricted stocks that are paid out in 2027, 2028, and 2029 ONLY if you are still employed by then.
