Pros
Small work environment, flexible schedules. Genuinely kind staff. Pharmacists are nice.
Cons
The pay for the responsibility do not match. Yes it could considered 'entry level' but for working side by side with pharmacists that make 5 times than the rest of us. Also the weekends are horrible. Most facilities that are contracted are not slated to even get business on a Sunday. Yet with minimal staff, we are pushed to get what would be done during the normal work week days into a shorter period. And the Pharmacists are salary and always looking to close the doors early. Giving the hourly employees on the average one half hour less each day. Also obvious cliques, good luck if you do not fit in they will try and push you out. And don't dare speak about any gripes you might have with another employee. You could loose your job, there is zero confidence in the workplace. What was once fun turned into a nightmare with over reaching by the management.
