      The pay is great if you live in Florida (but the office is in NYC). If you like people talking about where they got their MBA, you'll love John Prunier. If you're a night owl, you'll be really good friends with the morning shift at the front desk.

      You'll probably want to not be dating anyone while you work here. You get to listen to some bro with a side gig talk about the models he's bringing to "The Club" tonight. Basically, John Prunier

      Pros

      Strong expertise in their areas of focus. The Senior Bankers are experienced and effective. Good compensation. The work is demanding, but you should expect that in M&A advisory and most people are genuinely good human beings.

      Cons

      Lots of the normal cons for a small boutique advisory shop. Long hours, random staffings, used to lack some of the resources of a larger firm, but may not be the case anymore after the acquisition by CG
