Undervalued and Underpaid: Despite launching a brand new website that sets the company on track for increased revenue, we didn’t receive a bonus this year in April, which was a major letdown after two years of hard work and overtime. Delayed Reviews: Annual reviews, typically held in September/October, have been pushed to April next year, further signalling how little recognition we receive for our contributions. This delay adds to the feeling of being undervalued. Lack of Compensation for Overtime: The extra effort and long hours we put into ensuring successful project deliveries often go unacknowledged, with no additional compensation or incentives to balance the workload. Unclear Growth Path: With the delayed reviews and lack of recognition, it becomes difficult to see a clear path for career growth and progression within the company. Morale Impact: The combination of missed bonuses, delayed pay reviews, and insufficient compensation for hard work has affected overall team morale, leading to frustration and a feeling of being overlooked.
