Own office, M-F 8-4:30 But that is all

unethical business. Backlog of work, unhappy clients who aren't getting services promised to them, no formal training, no data entry programs, no track system, no IT dept. Supervisors lie to you. No holiday pay or benefits for the first year. Don't get sick or hurt, they don't care and they won't pay you. No workmen's comp. If you quit in the first year they charge you $1700 training fee, $850 is you leave within the 2nd year. Tell you that you will be CM for Amarillo and the add another city on that is 500 miles away all currently through phone contact. Overload of work before you actually learn everything. You print everything and then have to scan and email or fax as much as 70 sheets of paper to multiple agencies. Faulty outdated equipment. No info on clients cases prior to contact. Clients and partnering agencies will constantly complain to you above past and current problems. Documents your daily activities on multiple documents for micromanagement.
