Pros
Some good coworkers who are dedicated and hard-working.
Cons
Management seems completely unaware of what's going on within the company. It’s clear that many managers have no real experience or knowledge about the field they are overseeing. There’s a lack of technical expertise at the leadership level, which severely impacts decision-making and company direction. The company hires employees with little to no relevant background in the field, focusing on bringing in people without proper qualifications rather than promoting internal talent. Communication from upper management is inconsistent and often disconnected from the reality of day-to-day operations. Training and development are lacking, leaving employees to figure things out on their own, which can be frustrating and inefficient.
