      You could make great money if you have the drive.

      Cons

      Piece rate made it almost impossible to build a team environment. When someone had enough cases to pay their bills, they were done. It created tension between leadership and staff, because productivity took a dive but employees paycheck still went up.

      Benefits are good 401K decent PTO

      Cons

      poor management turn over rate is insane working 12-14 hour days even longer issues with trucks always breaking down no care for safety of drivers and risking their lives no proper communication too many violations - get seriously hurt and sue your life is not worth it
