      Salary is lower end of industry Many of the people are nice

      Cons

      Stressful. Little to no instruction; changes priorities often then it is your fault because you do not have time to focus on getting the prior objective compleete.

      Benefits are good 401K decent PTO

      Cons

      poor management turn over rate is insane working 12-14 hour days even longer issues with trucks always breaking down no care for safety of drivers and risking their lives no proper communication too many violations - get seriously hurt and sue your life is not worth it
