None other than you can get the chance to work on some interesting events.
Cons
Extremely toxic work environment where all employees, whether experienced or entry level, fear top management and are made to feel like they are not worthy as expectations are insanely high with frequent discipline. No paid overtime yet it is expected, and staff are often lied to to get them to stay as they can't keep employees. Unless you want to be disrespected, overworked and work under extremely unprofessional management, do not work here. There is a reason the turnover in staff is over 100%.
