      Pros

      Salary is better than hourly and I learned a lot.

      Cons

      Over worked and under valued. They like the junior techs to do majority of the heavy lifting without fairly compensation.

      Peraton is a great company to work for. My boss built a huge Datacenter from the ground up. He is very helpful to everyone in our team.

      Onboarding is slow, it takes longer than I expected.

      managers who shouldn't be managers because they do not possess professionalism, constant last minute projects requiring additional hours with no pre-planning
