The work environment can become extremely stressful due to a lack of support poor communication and unrealistic expectations. Employees are regularly asked to do more without corresponding recognition or compensation. The culture is affected by negativity and gossip which makes it difficult to maintain a healthy and productive workplace. Certain behaviours and internal dynamics negatively impacted the overall team atmosphere.

3 days wfh and the people you work with

management dont care about staff they think everyone is easily replaceable. Pay is on the lowest side for anyone whos not management. Performance reviews are more a charade than intended to actually help anyone.
