Pros
Flexible schedule and 18 days of PTO.
Cons
You cannot be honest when reviewing your managers or in speaking to HR. They don't want to hear about the problems and they honestly don't care anyway. I should know as they packed my things and walked me out the door instead of dealing with a problem manager. It was easier to get rid of the person who complained. They have more than one manager who thinks that it is acceptable to belittle and be condescending to employees and HR/Management does nothing. Management is also really good at having meetings, but they don't make any actual decisions. One manager in particular likes to make decisions, but then doesn't tell anyone. I think he does that so when you do something he doesn't like, he can yell at you in front of everyone even though you didn't know the rules had changed. It is also possible that one manager tells you to do one thing and another manager tells you to do the opposite, so you can't win. This place is extremely dysfunctional and most of the current employees are seeking employment elsewhere right now. From me to you, you do not want to work here right now. Maybe someday they can straighten things out, but I wasn't optimistic about the future. There are lots of other jobs out there. It only took me 2 weeks to find another one.
