The furniture and home category is a hard problem and there's real depth to the engineering challenges here — overall customer experience, search infrastructure, supply chain orchestration, omnichannel retail etc. If you want problems which excites you, they exist and the avenues to help solve them. The team culture is collaborative and open to experimentation. Freedom to think, discuss new ideas and implement them is what the company believes in. Great place to hone your skills, be it communication or domain(s).
